Design Notes

The nucleotide sequence was left untouched as it’s defined on the nucleotide level in the study. While in the study the secreted protein was IsPETase, we hypothesize that similar results can be attained with FAST-PETase (BBa_K4701202). See the composite part (BBa_K4701300).
